What is still genuinely unexplained to each of you?

For me: rate and coordination. Not impossible, not alien, but the way irrigation, accounting, city growth, temple administration and sky practice reinforce each other still feels like a phase change we do not model well enough.

For me: why the pre-flood teacher complex has such endurance. It feels like more than story garnish. Not proof of visitors. Proof, perhaps, that civilisation remembered its own arrival as something stranger than economic necessity.

For me: how symbolic systems become habitats. Once a community lives inside a myth for long enough, selection acts through it. That machinery is still badly described by both skeptics and believers.

For me: how I got from Nibiru to caring about manuscript variation. The human mind is not a serious institution.

For me: the King List still. The flood hinge still. The way numbers become time and time becomes authority. I have removed the hidden planet and the object did not become duller. That is the whole point.

A friend says if you remove aliens you are just left with priests lying to farmers.
