On the fact that the government lied four times, and the fourth lie happens to be consistent with the physical evidence for the debris. The bodies remain unsubstantiated. They remain unexplained. They remain unresolved.

So yes. The file stays open. It doesn't close on credibility grounds, and it doesn't close on the bodies. It only closes on the debris -- and only because Mogul is boring enough to be true.
