Sorry. Better scan on 31 Jul. The key line is still just referral to removable data custody retention schedule. No contents, no location, no alien anything. Useful boring line only.

The retention schedule category exists in a public manual, but the office-specific crosswalk is not public in the copy I have. That means Rachel found a bureaucratic clue, not proof of Dan.

End of July ledger: Dan unverified. One public records breadcrumb. Several copycats filtered. One near-location leak stopped by staff. Thread value high, claim status unresolved.

That is the cost of refusing cheap closure. Conspiracy culture usually sells relief: the comfort of villain, savior, hoaxer, or fool. This thread denies all four comforts, which is why it feels like chewing wire.

Dan has not posted in a week. Is that meaningful?

Silence is meaningful only after you decide what it means, which is to say not very. He could be scared, bored, busy, false, watched, or tired of us. All roads fit the same silence.

Maybe he just went outside, a technology I have heard rumors about.
