That answer is important because it limits the claim. Most hoaxes expand toward appetite. This one keeps refusing the meal. That does not verify it, but it changes the risk profile.

A disciplined storyteller can refuse the meal too. But yes, the refusal is the most interesting feature.

Records update: partial no-records response from one office, but referral to a records center for retention schedules. No smoking anything. I will scan the boring parts when the scanner stops eating pages.

Retention schedules can be gold. They tell you categories even when they withhold contents. Look for media type, office of origin, and disposition authority.

No-records from one office is not bad or good. It is a wall segment. You map the wall before deciding whether there is a door.
