What about the Dogon and Sirius? Same teacher-from-sky pattern.

Different thread, but short answer: be very careful. The Dogon/Sirius story has serious contamination and reporting problems, and it gets used as a universal solvent for every ancient-knowledge claim. Also it is not Sumer. Similar vibe is not an evidentiary bridge.

Similar vibe is how dogu become spacesuits, how every bird becomes a craft, how every teacher becomes an engineer. Vibe is the enemy of source work.

Are there any photos or scans of the tablets online?

Some museum catalogues have photos, many do not, and scans are uneven. But transliterations and editions exist. The problem is not access alone. It is that people want the tablet to behave like an English paragraph with a secret in it. It is a broken object in a dead language from a live culture.

I tried reading a transliteration aloud and felt like I was trying to start a lawnmower with spaghetti. Respect increased.

Ancient aliens defeated by spaghetti. Another win for science.

This whole thread ignores the possibility that the gods used religious language because ancient humans would not understand machines.
