Then it is not energy.
If it cannot be measured in any way at all, then it is not energy. Energy is a precisely defined quantity. It is conserved. It obeys thermodynamics. You cannot have something that is real and also completely undetectable by any instrument or measurement. Either it affects the world materially, in which case it can be measured, or it does not, in which case it is not energy. It might be a feeling. It might be a pleasant thought. It might be something that helps you relax. But it is not energy.
The sellers cannot have it both ways. They cannot claim it is a real energy that affects your biology and also claim it is too subtle for any measurement to detect. That is wanting the word "energy" without the responsibility of meaning anything by it. And it is why nobody who sells it will ever allow the test.

"Science cannot measure everything. Some things you have to feel." That is the sentence. That is the one that does the work. It protects the belief from all evidence. If it works, the pendant is working; if it does not work, the pendant is still working, but in ways too subtle to detect.
The denominator that goes uncounted: all the people wearing these who still have headaches. They are not here telling their stories. You only hear from the ones for whom something improved while they happened to be wearing a thing they believed in. That selection effect is not subtle -- it is the entire mechanism. An unfalsifiable claim is not a truth. It is a shelter for a belief that has run out of evidence.

You are all closed-minded. You sit there with your equations and your measurements and you think you are better than everyone else. Some of us just want to feel better, and you want to ruin that by proving it is fake. Well, it is not fake to me. It is real. My life is better. That is enough. I do not care what you clipboard men think.

I hear you, and I am not trying to ruin what you have. I am trying to be clear about what it is, so you can keep the part that works and let go of the part that does not.
Your life is better. I believe that absolutely. The question is not whether you feel better, it is why -- and the honest answer is that you bought something you believed in, you held it, you thought about healing, and your mind and body answered that thought. That is not the pendant. That is you, using the pendant as a focus for your own healing. You do not need the words "scalar energy" for that to be true.
If you tell people it works because of scalar waves, you send them down a road where the marketing men make money and the belief gets weaker every time someone tests it and finds nothing. If you tell them it works because the mind is powerful and belief is real, you give them something that lasts, because the mind IS powerful and belief IS real and the mind does help heal the body. Keep the breathing. Keep the twenty quiet minutes. Keep the beautiful box if it helps you settle. Just give the word "energy" back to the people it was stolen from. The device on your desk is an LED and a dream, and the dream is yours, and that is enough.

The offer stands. Anyone who believes in the pendant and wants to know the truth, send it to me. No tricks, no malice, a proper test. If I am wrong I will say so publicly on this board. If I am right -- and I will be -- then at least you will know, instead of being sold a comfortable story.

K7RADIO said what needed saying, and with more kindness than I managed.
To anyone listening: the scalar potential is real, the Aharonov-Bohm effect is real, gauge theory is real. These are genuinely interesting, genuinely difficult, genuinely beautiful pieces of physics, and that is exactly why it enrages me to see the word stolen and bolted onto a battery and an LED. Keep the hope. Keep the relaxation and the breathing. Just understand what is doing the work: it is you. It has always been you. And to the ones making the pendant -- you know the physics is not there, you know the measurements will not support the claims, and you sell it anyway because the money is better than the truth. That is the real crime. Not that people believe. That you profit from their belief by lying about why it works.
