Lapsed EE, hate the supermarket version of every theory AND the smug debunker who thinks the supermarket version is the whole domain. HAARP does not beam "buy Pepsi" into your uncle. The interesting question is weak bias applied over time to systems with weak points. If you cite Tesla like a magic wand or wave a patent like a confession, we are going to have words. Derive it from Maxwell, not from incense.
