Proposed tests: one, search procurement language before Dan supplies more terms. Two, list possible mundane meanings for each term. Three, mark any future Dan detail as prior or prompted. Four, no private messages for secrets. That last one matters.

UK side note: not terrestrial appears in some dry technical contexts around meteorites and satellite debris. I am not saying Dan meant that. I am saying the phrase has a paper life outside saucers.
