That phrase matters only as a breadcrumb. It shows a clerk mapped your boring words onto an internal category. Keep the envelope, keep the referral, do not announce victory. Breadcrumbs are not bread.

The material I handled was mostly archived before I arrived. Labels I saw referenced 1970s through late 1990s. I did not see origin, only custody.

Outside summaries now say Dan confirmed alien tapes from the 1970s. He did not. The mutation happened in less than a month.
