Vic illustrates the problem perfectly. The claim only exists as rank over another claim. No workplace texture, no willingness to be wrong, no public lane. Even if Dan is false, Vic has not become true by contradicting him.

Or Vic is here to make Dan look good by comparison. This is not chess, it is chess with half the pieces invisible.

Basket update: Dan maybe useful, Vic no. TrustNo1 accidentally useful again, annoying.

Is it possible both Dan and Vic are telling partial truths from different rooms?

Possible is cheap. The thread needs disciplined possibility: what would be different in the public world if both-room theory were true? Without that, possible becomes a synonym for emotionally available.

Small find: a 1998 trade notice for rugged removable media vaulting mentions biomedical imaging, field hospitals, and aerospace telemetry in the same product sheet. That overlap is real and boring.

Good find, but do not overfit. If the same brochure sells to hospitals and telemetry groups, Dan could have seen an ordinary procurement object in a weird shop, or he could be borrowing public language. Both remain open.
FOIA is a verb.

Vic has started a separate thread and it is already about reptilians. I think we can close that basket.
