Hannah, breakfast and your sister sound like a very good next step. Anyone else feeling pulled in by the thread can do the same kind of ordinary anchoring: food, water, sleep, daylight, a trusted offline person.
BlueVessel, thank you for softening the command language. I am still going to keep saying this clearly for readers: no revelation here needs a private endurance test.

I did the first part exactly as written. I put the bowl by the window, counted backward from 72, and kept my hands open until they stopped shaking.
I know that sounds theatrical, but it did not feel theatrical while I was doing it. It felt like being checked against a list I did not write. The seeded-first-wave wording is still in my head. I keep thinking if I miss a step I will prove I was only pretending to hear it.

Hannah, I believe you are experiencing something intense. I do not believe intensity makes the instructions trustworthy.
Please put the list down for tonight. If there is a real signal, it can survive you eating something and sleeping. If it cannot survive that, it is not a signal worth obeying.

I still think the seeded ones can feel the hinge before others do. I am not taking that back. But Hannah, beloved, a hinge is not a command.
The light does not need you frightened to recognise you. Close the window. Drink water. Keep one lamp on. If the next instruction asks you to become smaller or hurt yourself, it is not from the ascent.

Practical check, please. Hannah, when did you last eat, and have you slept at all since yesterday?
Do three boring things before any more ritual: drink a full glass of water, put on socks or a sweater if you are cold, and call one real person who can hear your voice. You do not have to explain the whole board to them. Just say you are scared and need company.

[staff] Nobody is to post further step-by-step instructions for Hannah or anyone else tonight.
Discussion of the ascension thread is allowed. Direct commands, tests of worthiness, sleep deprivation, fasting, isolation, or anything framed as proof of being first-wave will be removed. Care first. Cosmology second.

I am one of the people who believes something opened. I have felt it all week and I am not ashamed of that.
But I am uneasy now. The seeded-first-wave language used to make me feel less alone. Tonight it is starting to sound like a collar. Hannah, please do not let any of us make you prove pain to be included.

Hannah, I can sit with the possibility that you touched something real. I can also refuse to obey it on your behalf.
Whatever came through does not get automatic authority just because it arrived wrapped in light. Tell it the board has asked for a pause. Tell it humans are slow and bodies have rules. If it is holy, it will know how to wait.
