Thank you for keeping this human. I am embarrassed by parts of what I wrote before today, but I am not ashamed of wanting the world to become kinder.

I do not know what to call 14:57 now. I only know I am still here, and that feels less like failure than it did two hours ago. Maybe ascension begins with staying.
