I'd like to see actual numbers from the Pavel experiments. Crew size, rope specifications, time per meter, breakage rates during transport, wear patterns on the base stones. If someone's published that data it would ground this better than pure theory. Same with the abandoned moai -- exact counts, locations relative to the quarries, damage patterns that might tell us whether they were moved or gave up mid-journey. The framework is sound, but the details matter. Anyone have the excavation logs or the experimental papers directly?
