A third-level heading for a subsection.

• Use H3 below an H2 when a topic needs a smaller division.
• Keep headings short.
• Prefer headings over bold paragraphs for real structure.
• Text-mode browsers display headings clearly even without graphical styling.

• Do not use H3 as a spacer.

Authoring Note
