I started the columns this morning. I hate to admit how much calmer it made me feel to write it down instead of just standing there getting mad at the sky. Today looked bad at 7:10, but by 8:00 the lower cloud had moved in and I could see I was mixing two things together in my head.

I am not saying Wendy has solved it. I still have pictures from last week that look wrong to me, and I still remember the old sky differently. But I am going to keep the log for a month before I yell again. If nothing else, I will have a better argument than "look up."
