Physics teacher, lapsed researcher, here for the only question that interests me: what is the SUBSTRATE. If mind reaches past the skull it does so through physics we have not finished writing -- coherence, the measurement problem, Bohm's implicate order -- not through a spirit world, and I will argue that as hard with the love-and-light table as with the materialists. Orch-OR is unproven. It is also not nothing. Mind your decoherence times.
