LittlePrince has the key question. Pre-register the session calendar with a third party, collect next-morning scores before anyone learns what happened, and do not let Sedona decide which messy nights count after seeing the scores. Then I will still probably say "small, noisy, expectation-shaped," but I will say it with respect.
For this run: interesting, weak, not garbage. That is a real category and people should use it more.

I will take "interesting, weak, not garbage" and have it framed. Next run: third-party calendar, next-morning scores before reveal, three arms, no soup sessions, all misses logged.
If all that survives is "people sleep better when someone they trust quietly cares about them," I am not sure that is a debunk. It may be the humblest version of the medicine.
