Clerk view: most secrets in local records are not hidden on purpose. They are mislabelled because someone at the counter used the wrong noun and everyone after that copied it forever.
If you ask for "UFO damage" you get laughed out. If you ask for emergency works, livestock claims, unusual overtime and closed-session minutes, the drawer opens like it always did.

I have a skipped item too. Item 4: routine drainage. Item 7: thanks to the constable for assistance. Nothing numbered 5 or 6 in the bound copy, but the payment list that month has two amounts marked only "special attendance."
Could be dull. It is probably dull. I am still going back on Thursday.

Good. This needs a cross-indexing template, not a conclusion.
Columns: date window, authority, record type, anomaly class, ordinary explanation, adjacent records checked, redaction risk, and confidence. Nobody posts exact farms or lanes. We compare bruises only where at least two boring systems touch.
